CHO produces more than thirty thousand Metric tons of olive oil per season. In our mills we produce: USDA approved organic olive oil, Extra virgin olive oil, extra light (refined olive oil) and pure olive oil.

We ship our Bulk olive oil in 20 Metric tons flexi tanks, 55 Gallon drums and boat loads.
We keep a Year long stock of drums in our warehouses in the US and Canada and we ship flexi tanks and container loads drums from our mills in Tunisia.
Our fields are in the Northern and central part of the country. Olive oil from the northern part has a robust, fruity and peppery taste. The further we go south, the warmer the weather is and the smoother and sweeter the olive oil is.
We control our fields and our crop so that we know exactly, from which field we have to serve the olive oil to our Bulk customers.
